The Cottages
Condominiums
The Cottages consist of spacious condominiums ranging in size from 1 Bed, 1 Bath to 3 Bed, 2 Bath plans.
Most Cottages are in duplex format, while some may be in triplex or quadplex layouts. All Cottages are located within a short distance of the Community Center, with access from the numerous Walking Trails throughout the Community.
A 2-Car private Garage with overhead storage is standard with all Cottages.

The Willows
Condominiums
The Willows consist of smaller, suite-style condominiums including 1 Bed, 1 Bath and 2 Bed, 1 Bath plans.
Each suite building is "linked' to the Community Center via climate controlled enclosed walkways. The Community Center is always a short distance away, regardless of the weather outside.
An optional 1-Car Stall is available (heated, shared garage area).

The Pines
Apartments
The Pines consists of 48 Rental Apartments offered in 1 Bed, 1 Bath or 2 Bed, 2 Bath Layouts. Amenities include fully-equipped kitchens with wood cabinetry, garbage disposal, and dishwasher.
A community room is available for all residents to enjoy. Rent includes some utilities including heat, water and sewer.
Preliminary Applications are now being accepted for the The Pines Apartments .

The Hearth Lodge
Community Center
The Hearth Lodge or Community Center will be the focal point of the Community for all Residents, families and friends to gather for various functions. The Hearth Lodge is currently in the design phase.
The Hearth Lodge will be "linked" to each of The Willows suite buildings via climate controlled enclosed walkways. The Hearth Lodge is only a short distance away, regardless of the weather outside.
