The Developers

The Development of Alpena Village is a joint effort between Werth Development,
Timm Development Company and Alpena Village.
Timm Development, through it's primary contractor, Timm Construction Company, has 60 years of construction experience and will be responsible for the Condominium portion of the Community. Timm Construction has been a member of the United States Green Building Council since 2003 and employs a LEED Accredited Professional. Timm Construction has been an Energy Star Partner since 2005.
Werth Development, with over 40 years experience in large housing developments throughout Michigan, will focus on The Pines Apartments, which are currently under construction with move-in of residents anticipated for Summer 2008.
