Alpena Village offers attractive, safe, comfortable and affordable home options for a wide economic spectrum of older adults in a scenic, up north, college campus setting in northeastern Michigan. Alpena Village will serve adults with compassion through the promotion of spiritual, intellectual, social and physical well being plus accessible supportive services.
Alpena Village is a local faith-based non-profit retirement community open to all age 55 and older. Alpena Village is proud to be in partnership with Lutheran Homes of Michigan and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan.
